Preventing leggy seedlings
This month's top tip which seems to be working a treat!
It's still a bit cold to put some seedlings in the greenhouse but I'm always keen to get ahead of the game and get those tomatoes and peppers going on any available window sill in the house. In the past this has worked but the seedlings have always been on the leggy side and bending towards the light especially if I haven't got round to rotating them. This year I've put up a couple of reflectors to maximise and bounce back the limited daylight that we have at this time of the year. Silver baking foil does a good job and I've also used a photographic reflector on one of the other window sills which is ok if you've got the space but maybe a little intrusive in your kitchen! Very simple but effective until I get to transfer them to the greenhouse.

That's a brilliant idea and definitely worth a try. I am having to turn my seedlings almost daily!
